Terms of Service

Sample Bot is a Discord bot for Roblox roleplay communities. It provides support tickets, in-game session management, staff shift tracking, and Roblox account verification. This website exists to host the verification sign-in and these policies.

It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

• You may only link a Roblox account that you own.
• Do not impersonate another member, or link an account that is not yours.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use.
• You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.

The bot is used by independent Discord servers. Each server’s own staff decide its rules, who holds which role, and how they moderate. Verifying does not exempt you from a server’s rules, and its staff may remove roles, revoke a verification, or remove you from that server.

Complaints about how a particular server is run belong to that server’s staff, not to the bot or its operator.

Anything you write in a ticket, suggestion, or purchase claim is passed to that server’s staff and may be kept as a record. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or anything else you would not want written down.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it you allow the server’s staff and the bot to store and display it for the purpose you submitted it for.

This service is provided free and without any promise of uptime. It may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time and without notice. Features may be added or removed.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability, including loss of roles, data, or access to any server.

You can ask for your account link to be deleted at any time by opening a ticket in the Discord server that sent you here. Leaving a server does not automatically delete stored records — ask if you want them removed.

The operator may withdraw access from a server or a person that abuses the service.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
